Carimañolas son unas croquetas hechas de yuca y rellenas de carne molida. Es un plato muy panameño 🇵🇦 usualmente se fríen en aceite pero hoy las hice en el air fryer. Cocinas las yucas con un poco de sal hasta que estén suaves, las trituras en la thermomix por 10 segundos a velocidad 10. Después la pones en opción de amasar y te sale una masa de yuca. Aparte haces la carne molida la sazonas con sal, pimienta, comino, ajo, picas cilantro, pimentón y cebolla. Formas las croquetas y las rellenas con la carne.
