Good morning friends!! A mandatory mask-wearing requirement for Colorado first went into effect in July 2020 and recently was amended in Executive Order D 2021 095 on May 2, 2021. The updated Executive Order will continue to require mask-wearing for all personal services (Body Art is considered a personal service) as defined by Public Health Order (PHO). What does that mean for our Body Piercers, Tattoo Artists, staff, and wonderful customers..MASK WEARING IS STILL REQUIRED at Pens & Needles Custom Tattoo Company and Pens & Needles Body Piercing and Fine Jewelry studios. Exceptions to face coverings include individuals who cannot medically tolerate face covering. If you are medically unable to wear a mask, you must let us know before your appointment and supply us with your doctor's note. We do not need to know the reason, but we do have the right to refuse services if we deem it is unsafe for our other clients and ourselves. If you do have medical clearance we need to know prior to your appointment so that we can make special arrangements outside of shop hours for your appointment. No exceptions!
