Tomorrow is the 2012 Home Opener for the Gamecocks as they play College of Charleston at 3pm on the Greene Street field. The regular season has begun! The road to the SELC's starts NOW!

The game last night was hands down the best played game all season for the Gamecocks. Unfortunately, the guys fell to the Hokies 10-11 in Overtime. They left everything on the field and showed the rest of the SELC that they should be prepared to see them again next year! It's been a great season! Thank you to all that came out over the course of the season to support Gamecocks Lacrosse!

The SELC seedings have just being released. On the 29th the Gamecocks have a REMATCH against one of their past opponents, Virginia Tech in Atlanta. Tech took the win last time, but you better believe that the Hokies are going to have the fight of their lives ahead of them!

HUGE Congrats to the guys for their 9-8 win today over the Tennessee Vols. This confrence win sends the now 11-2 Gamecocks to the SELC Tournament in Atlanta! This will be the first time the Gamecocks have been elegible for the tournament since Head Coach Addy Rathe was on the team as a player in 2007!

Congrats to the Players and Coaches after this weekend's big wins. This pushes the overall record for the Gamecocks to 10-0! With a bye week coming up, get ready for a big weekend in 2 weeks on the road with Clemson and Virginia Tech at home!

Wish the guys luck this weekend as they hit the road tomorrow to Mississippi to take on Ole Miss, LSU and Auburn to keep their UNDEFEATED record alive!

A big THANKS to all those that came out to see the Gamecocks start their season off 2-0 after beating Wofford 18-1. Hope to see you all next Sunday when West Virgina comes to Columbia!

Don't forget about the Gamecocks HOME OPENER vs. the Wofford Terriers tomorrow at 2:00pm at the Greene Street Fields by the Colonial Life Arena. Weather for faceoff time is going to be a beautiful 63 degrees so bring your chairs and blankets and enjoy what is going to be a great game!

The 2011 Lacrosse Season is here for the South Carolina Gamecocks! Tomorrow the guys travel to CofC to start off the season, but MARK YOUR CALENDARS...February 13th. This is the home opener for the C***s vs. Wofford. It's going to be a great game so bring all your friends! See you all at Strom on the 13th!

TONIGHT is the Men's Lacrosse Percent Night at Village Idiot in 5pts. What better way to start off your Thomas Cooper Library experience than a few slices and some spirits! Come out and bring your friends!

Gamecocks Men's Lacrosse have a Percent Night at Village Idiot in 5pts tomorrow night. The guys will be there around 6 so bring all of your friends out to meet the team and grab some great pizza and drinks!!

Don't forget that TODAY at 5pm at the Greene Street Fields you can watch the annual Gamecocks Men's Lacrosse: Rookies vs. Veterans scrimmage. Bring your friends and your coolers and watch some great lacrosse! *Solo cups required* See you all there!

Come out this FRIDAY and watch the annual Rookies vs. Veterans Scrimmage. This is your first chance to see the new freshman class and transfers, as well as your favorite returning laxers. Face-off is at 5pm at the Greene Street fields!

Congrats to the Men's team for their huge upset over #7 UCF 13-12 in OT! And a special THANKS to all that came out to support all weekend! The guys have a long break ahead of them but stay tuned for info on the Middle Tennessee State game on the 20th of March.

Wake Forest on Friday at 8:00pm and #7 UCF on Sunday at 11:00am. Should be a great weekend for Gamecock Lacrosse!

Men's Lacrosse has a HUGE weekend on the road in North Carolina with NC State on friday night and ECU on saturday afternoon. Wish the guys luck as they continue their journey to the SELC Tournament!
