👋🏻Hi!!!! Thanks to all you lovely folks who are still following me after what seems like a lifetime without posting anything other than baby stories! I guess it takes a pandemic for me to make time for myself and get the studio organized 😁 Stay tunes for art related content! 🖤💛
Here she is, 🔥 St. Brianna 🔥done ✅
Lots of progress today!

Progress!
Getting a very late start today on a new piece
This time last year I was working on the first piece for my solo show... swipe to see how she turned out! This piece and one other from that show are still available for purchase. DM me if you’re interested 💚 @ Columbia, Missouri
Well Zelda (above) is off the market, but Hilda (below) is up for grabs! DM me if your interested in taking this little witch home 💚💜💚
Last night was Let Them Eat Art Columbia Art League and oh man, the chefs who selected my work as their inspiration did me proud! @ Columbia, Missouri
Both pieces post varnish. I’d say it’s my best varnishing effort to date- minimal cat hair 😸
Mmmmm witchy stew and creme brûlée 😋 thanks for modeling! I think you should consider this ombré look 😃
Pheasant, pomegranate, chili, and garlic... sound good? 🌶😛🌶
Working away the last hours of 2018 ⏳🕯🔥
I caught my furry little studio assistant literally sleeping on the job... Get OFF the painting, Loki!!!
✨swipe to see my progress ✨ also... I spilled oatmeal on my pants 😑

Quite possibly the most use anyone will get out of their text books is using them as weights... that’s my wood panel under there with freshly mounted watercolor paper drying. 📚
Prepping some panels for new work! Each new painting will come with free black cat hair 🖤😸🖤 apparently, according to Etsy, some people are willing to PAY MONEY for black car fur, you know... for casting spells 🤷🏻♀️ so this is quite the bargain!
Getting ready for 2019!! And when in doubt, check with Rackham. 🖤🥔🦡🥕🖤 I adore Arthur Rackham, especially his Wind in the Willows illustrations! My favorite character is the no-nonsense yet kindly Mr. Badger. Who’s yours?
Happy December!!! ❄️😊❄️ I’ve been resting up all November long, taking a much needed break and storing up some energy! One of the benefits of not doing art full time is that I can rest when I want to without impacting my income. But I’m itching to get painting and there’s lots of good shows coming up in 2019, so keep your eyes peeled for new work! This is a cropped shot of Fortuna from my solo show this summer. She’s currently for sale at a bargain over at for their annual Give a Gift of Art show.
Sorry for the lack of art posts! I’ve just been enjoying my favorite time of year, doing lots of craft projects for Halloween, and trying not to panic over how quickly time is passing! Here’s a little batty from last fall 🦇🍁🍂
