Late Arrivals
Arriving 5 minutes late to your appointment is not a big deal if you contact stylist before hand. 10-15 Minutes late is an automatic cancelations or reschedule. If you need to cancel your appointment, we simply ask that you notify us of any cancellations or reschedulings at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. If the booking was made on the same day, notify us at least 3 hours pr
