It was a hot one today but a productive day to say the least.

Shout out to the crew for handling this repair like it was nothing. 50 ft in the air? No problem.

Finished the day off with an adjusters appointment for a family friend with wind and hail damage.

Now it’s time to cool off and do it all again tomorrow!

74 squares in 2 days. The crew did a great job with this one! This project started out at a small repair paid for by the insurance carrier around 2,000 dollars. With the proper documentation and ohios building codes we were able to get this roof fully approved for replacement by State Farm. The insurance carriers never want to pay at first (shocker) but with proper documentation and homeowners who won’t settle for less than they deserve everyone comes out on top. The customers get a brand new roofing system for the cost of their deductible and we get the pleasure of roofing a beautiful home.

Another project we completed recently that was approved by State Farm. After passing us along to 3-4 different adjusters and refusing to settle for less than a roofing system installed per Ohio code we got this roof approved and the customer only had to pay their deductible.

I couldn’t have asked for a better way to spend my afternoon than working on a roof in a neighborhood I grew up playing in.

This customer called to get a quote for a metal roof on her home. During my inspection i discovered wind damage that will result in a full replacement paid for by the insurance carrier.

This customer had some tiles blow off recently and needed to get this covered while we wait for the insurance company to provide coverage.

Unfortunately, by the time we were contacted and assigned to the project we had no choice but to install the tarp during some less than ideal conditions.

Nonetheless, we have this customer dried in and mitigated any future interior damage.

It’s moments like this where I know my crew is one of the best in central Ohio.

This roof is roughly 5,000 square feet with a main pitch of 12/12.

When working on roofs this steep the debris is nearly impossible to contain. That’s why we have the equipter (self driving dump trailer) on site to ensure our crew can safely and efficiently remove the old material while protecting our customers property.

This customer got a brand new roofing system paid for by their home insurance carrier. While it took lots of documentation and communication to get this roof covered properly we were happy to assist throughout the entire claims process to guarantee the project is paid for and completed properly.

Though it was a small job that took longer to set up we were happy to help replace the rotten window trim with a rot free synthetic board that will never swell or decompose.

On my initial inspection I documented any storm damage to the roof and Accessories, provided any applicable building codes that would be relevant for this project as well as my estimate for complete replacement of the roof system and partial replacement of some hardboard siding and metal soffits/fascia.

The adjuster reviewed all of my documents and
Photos and within three days our customer received the first payment for his brand new roof and the adjuster never stepped foot on the property.

Some high winds expected this evening I hope your home or business is ready. 💨💨🏠

Wind damage can be many different things. Missing, creased or shingles that have pulled through their fastener are all examples of how wind can damage your shingles. Many times it’s not even visible from the ground and your roof could look fine when in reality it could be replaced by your insurance company for the low Cost of your deductible .

This was a much needed win today. This claim was inspected and called in (claim filed) 2 months ago.🕰⏳⌛️

State Farm finally comes out today and confirms a full replacement is needed all because some shingles have torn through the fastener.🔨🏠

From the ground the roof looks like a typical 20 year old roof. Upon closer inspection we found shingles that have been lifted and laid back down. As well as hail damage to the soft metal roof accessories. 🔍🔍

Most customers have no idea their roof could qualify for replacement at the expense of the insurance company. Who wouldn’t want thousands of dollars worth of repairs to be paid for by someone else?💰💵💸
