Register now for the special April 10 BUFF monthly meeting with guest speaker Susan Thrasher, owner/guide of Southern Brookies, Lancaster, TN. Susan's home water is the Caney Fork River, a beautiful blue-ribbon trout fishery 70 miles east of Nashville. It will be a treat - Susan knows fly fishing and offers a first class presentation. You don't want to miss it!

Susan will also do two casting clinics in the afternoon prior to the meeting. She is an FFI certified casting instructor and has been a staff instructor at the Joan Wulff School of Fly Fishing in the New York Catskills. Clinic registration information is on the BUFF website.

George Daniel has an impressive resume… he started fly fishing when he was a young boy before trying out — and qualifying — for Fly Fishing Team USA. George is a two-time US National Fly Fishing Champion and was ranked as high as 5th in the world. He’s also the author of multiple best selling fly fishing books, as well as the director and lead instructor for the Pennsylvania State University Fly Fishing Program. Sign ups are open for the Jan 11 BUFF monthly dinner meeting. This month's in-person speaker is Jason Brownknight of the Little Miami Conservancy. His presentation will be "Bringing Life Back to the Little Miami State & National Scenic River". Also, this month will have a "Ten Minute Tech Talk" by Jim Vota on choosing streamers.

Reservations close midnight Sunday, Jan 8, though early reservations by 1/5 are encouraged to allow for accurate projection for the meal catering.
