To commemorate #BlackHistoryMonth and build excitement for the 2024 Project Diversity Pride Leadership (PDPL) application launch, we're highlighting PDPL graduates. Tiffany Olverson is Manager Meter to Cash at NiSource, and serves on The Breathing Association board of trustees. When asked about her experience with Project Diversity Pride Leadership, Tiffany told us: "Because of Project Diversity I’ve had the opportunity to service on the Young Professional Board at the St. Stephen's Community House and currently serve on the Board of Trustees at The Breathing Association. I’ve been able to graciously serve and volunteer to bring greater impact to my community through various programs and outreach. I would recommend PDPL because of the tools, lessons, knowledge, and skill it provides to prepare the future leaders of our community and generation to continue the great work of the ancestors before us. We need diversity in our boards and community leaders that bring change for everyone."
