Redtail Roofing is a family owned company operating in the Delaware County area and Central Ohio. We are growing and we are looking to add new members to fill out our team for our upcoming 2023 Spring & Summer season!

We are looking to fill the following positions:

Job Site Supervisor - This individual would be on site during job installations to observe and assist the crews, pick up extra materials when needed, keep the job site clean and tidy throughout the install, and take both during and final photos of the project. Having your own truck or van is a plus, but not a requirement for the right person. No prior experience is necessary, but is welcome. We will train the right individual(s) for this position. Normal business hours are Monday - Friday (some Saturdays are possible, but very rare). You need to be available during daylight hours in the Spring & Summer. Pay is dependent upon experience, but very competitive based off industry standards. Please email Dan at [email protected] to schedule an interview.

Project Manager - This individual would be responsible for running appointments at potential clients' homes and perform inspections of the roof, siding, and gutter systems, and providing estimates for projects. Having a truck or van is a must for this position as you will need to carry ladders with you in order to perform inspections. No prior experience is necessary, but is welcome. We will train the right individual(s) for this position. Normal business hours are Monday - Friday and Saturdays are by appointment only. Production Manager - This individual would be responsible for ordering materials for projects, booking crews to complete installations, arranging for a Job Site Supervisor to manage the installation, and other miscellaneous duties to ensure jobs are completed on time and according to Redtail standards. No prior experience is necessary, but is welcome. We will train the right individual for this position. This is a work from home position and normal business hours are Monday - Friday.
