Please be on the lookout for a tenants furry friend who got outside accidentally. His name is Spock and he is declawed. He’s never been outside before. If you find him or have already taken him in, please contact [email protected] so we can assist on his safe return!
Please note: the laundry rooms in the 4194 building on the west side of the property are closed until further notice. Please do not try to use the laundry machines to avoid losing any laundry credit on your app.

If you’re not at the pool party, you should be. Plenty of food left and raffle for prizes starts at 2:30.
The Elms is looking for a DJ to assist with our community pool party on August 19th from 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm. If you have any information or a referral, please email [email protected]. Thank you!
Due to unfortunate circumstances the pool is closed for the evening. We hope going forward into the 2023 pool season, people will act respectfully and appropriately. Should issues continue, the pool hours will be changed and the pool will close at 6:00pm. Thank you for your anticipated cooperation!
