Have you ever thought, what is important to me now? A great friend and mentor uses the acronym W.I.N. Whats Important Now. Many things rush to my brain. If I were to ask you as my friend " what's important to you now" what would you say? My W.I.N. is making a difference in peoples lives. I need to know that the decisions I make have a positive influence on the people I care about. That's a broad statement but I truly want to be a servant leader. So, I'll ask again, What's important to you Now? Then I have to ask myself, " what am I doing to be the person I aspire to be"? It then becomes a process of becoming intentional with my thoughts and actions. I truly want to hear your answers to this thought provoking question. It may seem too simple or corny but, whatever you put into something is what you get out of it. Have a great weekend!

You have shown that we can weather a storm like COVID-19 and business disruption as well as product shortage challenges and still maintain our strong core values of honesty, trust, family,
respect, change everyday, leadership, accountability, communication and profitability. As we head into the end of 2021 I would like to thank all of our fabulous customers. Thank you for being hard working businesses that help people who have experienced a disruption in their lives, who have gone through an accident that could have been just a bump into or from another vehicle. Or they could have been involved in an accident that may not have only damaged their vehicle but they may have experienced personal injury. Some people may think of the collision repair industry in an unfavorable way but I believe we are extremely important in putting people's lives back together as well as their vehicles. This is the only industry I have ever been in and I am extremely proud to be part of it. With that being said, I hope and pray that during this Thanksgiving weekend that everyone has the opportunity to spend time with their families and to be thankful for something in their lives.
