FAQ…….

🌸 How to become a vendor?

-To become a vendor just reach out to us, tell us what you’re interested in and we will get you a table reserved. Please let us know if you plan to bring a helper as you and your helper will receive a meal ticket. This helps us prepare for how many people will be attending.
Then what?
Then you show up to the event, set up your table and meet new buyers.

🌸 What if I just want to shop local vendors/crafters?

-If you just want to shop from local vendors, we offer a $5.00 door admission (cash only) on the day of the event.

🌸 What if I just want to play bingo & participate in auctions?

-A $25 admission is good for reserving your seat for bingo, auctions, and a meal ticket.

🌸 Do I have to pay in advance?

-if you plan to participate in bingo and auctions you must pay in advance, reach out to us for payment options. Same with vendors, payment is due to reserve your table.

🌸 What is a meal ticket?

-A meal ticket just means a meal is provided examples include: hot dog, chips, cookie and water.

🌸 What form of payment do vendors accept?

-Some vendors, may be cash only while other vendors may accept credit cards, Zelle, cash app or Venmo

🌸 How will I know when the next event will be?

-Like and follow the page for all updates, and for all event dates, they will always be posted on the page.

🌸 Are children allowed?

-Children are permitted if you are there to shop. -Keep in mind that if you are there to play bingo, participate in auctions you only have (x) number of seats that you paid for. (For example if you reserved one seat at $25 you only have that one seat unfortunately there are no extra seats).
So we recommend no children if you paid for admissions for bingo & auctions.

🌸 Are vendors allowed to bring someone with them?

-Yes, vendors may bring a helper,

🌸 is food and drinks permitted?

-Yes you may bring food and drinks.

🌸 is it handicap accessible?

-yes

🌸 can we pay for bingo and auctions once we get there?

-unfortunately seats are paid for prior to the event, if for any reason we have seats available on the day of the event, it is a first come first serve basis,and is not guaranteed. The best way to make sure you have a seat is by reserving one prior to the event.

🌸 what is a Chinese raffle?

-A Chinese raffle is a table that will be set up with different products/items and for each of those products will be a bucket that you place tickets in to Win that item, you may purchase tickets at the door. They are a $1.00 per ticket or 6 for $5.00. Must be present to win. Drawing times will be posted. Please make sure your name and phone number are on each ticket.

🌸 Will the event always take place at the same location?

-we do plan to keep it in the same location however, there may be times that the event takes place in another location follow our page for any updates, we will also reach out to our vendors and anyone with a reserved seat if for any reason, the location has to change.

🌸What time does it start?

- Doors open at 10 AM for the public, bingo starts at 12 PM and will run till 2pm, raffle drawings will take place at 2 PM followed by the grand prize drawing.

🌸What is the grand prize drawing?

-tickets for the grand prize drawing are $5.00 each and can be purchased at the door, must be present to win.
Grand prize is valued at $100 or more

⭐️ For each event that crafters slay & play puts on a portion of proceeds will be donated to different organizations or causes. For our first event on april 6th the details are still being worked out but will soon be announced 📣

🎟️If you are interested in joining us for bingo, quarter auctions, and raffles admission is $25 per seat must be paid by April 3rd! Can be paid using zelle, cash app, credit cards and cash.

🎨If you want to be a vendor the booth fee is $25 includes bingo games, auctions and raffles.

If your interested in just shopping at the vendor table there is a door admission of $5.00 which is cash only

Doors will open to 230pm
Bingo will start at 12pm vendors will be able to arrive earlier than 10 to set up.

GAME RULES & INSTRUCTIONS:

Bingo:

Just like regular bingo except once you win you pick any one item off-of the winnings table, once you have won you then turn in your bingo card. You may still participate in auctions using your auction number.

Quarter Auction:

In between bingo rounds we will auction off items, if you wish to bid on an auctioned item you will put your quarters in the bucket provided on each table. After placing your bid in the bucket, raise your auction number that was provided to you at the door, The auctioneer will call a number and if that number is yours you will win that item. Only those who placed a bid will raise their auction number.

Chinese raffle: 🎟️

Tickets for the Chinese raffle will be available for purchase, tickets are $1.00 per one ticket or $5.00 for 6 tickets. Please put your names on all your tickets. Items will be set up on a table, each item will have a bucket that you may place your tickets in for that said item. Drawing will take place at 2pm must be present to win.

Grand prize drawing:

Tickets for the grand prize drawing is $5.00 per ticket and may be purchased at the door, drawing will take place directly after the Chinese raffle. Winner must be present

Grand prize winning is valued at $100 or more.
