In July, I gained 10lbs 😭 with all the moving from the boutique. I wasn't fitting in meal preparation, so tonight I slowed down and made me a nice meal. Eating out is convenient, but if not careful, it will add on unnecessary weight. For me, it's 10 lbs. I'm looking forward to the 3 day fast beginning Friday. My body can definitely use a good rest!
