October was a big month for Real Men Real Talk!
We had our Tailgate Brunch where men were able to come together before their football Saturdays began to enjoy other's community with good food & conversation.
Our team in Los Angeles hosted a Real Men, Real Talk session, where the movement has expanded to Southern California. While they were out west, our co-founder/CEO John Gregory, and President Kenny R. Hampton hosted another episode of the Real Men Real Talk Podcast. They discussed insecurities among Black men and how to build self-confidence .
In Columbus, we had another RMRT session filled with quality time fleshing out relationships and how we as men can prioritize ourselves in difficult times.
We're not slowing down! November will be another month where we're building up brothers and strengthening our community in the area of mental wellness
