❗ Public Notice Regarding Velvet Zen Vintage and Amanda Cammarato: People need know the truth behind this business owner. This is just one example of numerous hand embroidered pieces that were made by me (see my post from 2018) and sold at Velvet Zen Vintage events (November 2023) by Amanda Cammarato.

Amanda and I entered into a written and verbal consignment agreement in October 2023 to sell my handcrafted jewelry on a 50/50 profit split basis. Despite our agreement, Amanda has failed to honor the terms and has not provided my share of the jewelry sales.

Additionally, I discovered that she has dismantled my necklaces, earrings, and other handmade jewelry and taken the pendants and charms to use as supplies in necklaces sold at her events.

I want other small business owners and local event organizers to know about my experience and encourage fellow artists and business owners to exercise caution when entering into agreements with Velvet Zen Vintage and Amanda Cammarato.

Please message me directly if you would like further information including the police report number and archived screenshots of our agreement and conversations. I have nothing to hide and only want full transparency in this situation.

My name is Meghan and I am the owner of "Meg’s Recycled Guitar," a small jewelry business based in Worthington, OH. Since 2010, I have been making and selling jewelry online, through wholesale, and at local festivals, community markets, craft fairs, and other handmade events in Central Ohio.

As a local business owner and handmade artist, I feel it is my responsibility to inform others in the Columbus community about my recent experience with Amanda Cammarato and her resell business, Velvet Zen Vintage. I will only share the facts.

Amanda and I entered into a written and verbal agreement in October 2023 to sell my handcrafted jewelry on a consignment 50/50 profit-split basis. Despite our agreement, Amanda has failed to honor the terms and has not provided any share of the jewelry sales.

My intention is to help prevent others from being deceived. I want other small business owners and local event organizers to know about my experience and encourage fellow artists and business owners to exercise caution when entering into agreements with Velvet Zen Vintage and Amanda Cammarato.
