Happy Monday! Today we will continue our summer staff edition with Caroline C! Front of house in her domain taking care of all of your needs ranging from taking your order all the way to bringing it to your table! Her friendly smile is contagious.

Caroline’s go to lunch (more of a brunch) is a Sausage and Cheese Biscuit with a slice of Sausage Quiche with a Drip Coffee! ☕️

Her fun fact is that she is so excited to start her sophomore year at Georgia College! We will miss her so much when she goes back to school!

Happy Wednesday! Sam is apart of our Summer Staff! He works hard in the kitchen preparing sauces, croutons, sandwiches, and anything else! He is so very helpful!

Sam’s go to lunch is a Roast Beef on the Run, hot pressed, with a Kale Pesto Ranch on the side. He finishes his meal off with a slice of Georgia Sheet Cake!

Sam’s fun fact is that he just started playing hockey! 🏒 if you see him ask him about his progress so far! Thank you for all that you do for us, Sam!

Happy birthday to our kitchen manager, Lydia! She spends her day working so hard to ensure that your food is prepared perfectly and precisely.

At lunchtime you can find Lydia eating a Chicken Salad Sandwich, cold, on sourdough bread! She washes it down with a Diet Dr. Pepper and finishes it off with a Chocolate Chip cookie!

Lydia’s fun fact is that she created the idea for Parker’s one of a kind Sausage and Cheese Biscuits! She is also Parker’s first born. We love Lydia so much and are so blessed to have her here!

It’s the birthday girl! If you’ve been to the Pantry before, you’ve definitely heard Molly’s sweet voice welcoming customers in!

Molly’s been a part of the Pantry fam for a year! When she’s not baking yummy desserts for you, she’s making sure things run smoothly as the front of house manager. She always makes sure you feel welcome as soon as you walk in.

For lunch, Molly gets a half and half with a Havarti Party sandwich and the soup of the day (and don’t forget to save some Kale Pesto Ranch for your salt and vinegar chips)! She also enjoys a Coke (upgraded with a pump of vanilla) with a cookie.

Molly’s fun fact: when she isn’t at Parker’s Pantry, she is hanging out with her dog Pippa that she’s had since her days in Alabama! We love our Molly!
