We LOVE IT when our wedding couples and their photographers share photos with us! Most of the time we take some of our own but sometimes we don’t get the chance to. We absolutely love how this watercolor/marbled buttercream with a textured finish and a beautiful cascade of fresh flowers turned out! The couple chose killer flavors for this stunner too. A classic almond cake with raspberry filling and almond buttercream for the bottom tier; a fresh lemon cake filled with lemon curd and cream cheese buttercream for the second tier and the top two tiers of vanilla cake lightly soaked with brown sugar simple syrup, pineapple filling and brown sugar buttercream- we finished the outside of all tiers with our vanilla buttercream.

THIS is the magic that makes our Toasted Marshmallow Buttercream so, so good! We start with our meringue base-which is essentially marshmallow less the gelatin, and toast it until it’s super golden with some extra toasty bits for that authentic toasted marshmallow flavor 🤤

This cookie has all the things! You’re looking at a delicious peanut butter cookie stuffed with a scoop of creamy peanut butter, dipped in chocolate and sprinkled with sea salt. The chocolate adds a snap of texture reminiscent of Ohio’s favorite candy, the Buckeye!

First off peep that plane in the corner? The Peak at Edison has an awesome wrap around outdoor area and floor to ceiling windows creating a bright modern lofty/industrial feeling. This past weekend we had the absolute pleasure of baking for an awesome couple that let us put on our test kitchen hats and create flavors reminiscent of their favorite trail mix. We love the opportunity to create something new and different. We didn’t get a picture of the yummy cupcakes but the Chocolate walnut cupcake with chocolate hazelnut buttercream was rich and delicious. The almond cupcake with almond praline buttercream is possibly a new personal favorite and the chocolate cupcake with espresso buttercream was a dream. thank you for letting us be part of your wedding. the venue was stunning as always!

If we take a little longer to respond to your emails and messages please give us a little grace as we are navigating the anxiety and heartache that comes with watching your little one suffer. Just days ago my baby had a seizure and we rushed to the hospital. The EMTs were wonderful as they checked on our baby while reassuring us. We are now starting the process of more Doctors visits to try and get a diagnosis and the best treatment plan for her. We are still managing all of our current orders so please do not worry if you have an upcoming event, we’ve still got you ❤️

Who loves Rocky Road? We took all the chocolate, marshmallow and almond goodness that is Rocky Road and added a dulce de leche filled center… it. is. YUM!

One of if not the most controversial cookie of all time, Oatmeal raisin. It’s a love it or hate it cookie. There are the strong believers that raisins don’t belong in cookies, that are scared to eat an oatmeal cookie because they are afraid to chomp into a raisin as opposed to chocolate. Then there are those who delight in the brown sugar and oatmeal chew, the crisp edges and plump sweet raisins. Which one are you?
2024 we are on the quest to make our idea of the perfect Oatmeal Raisin Cookie, this is take one and she’s good.

When it comes to Holiday flavors, cinnamon is hard to beat. This is why we have three Snickerdoodle cookies in our Holiday Cookie Lineup.
Our Snickerdoodle is a soft cinnamon sugar cookie with that little tang iconic to this type of cookie but we amp up the flavor by adding cinnamon chips!
Our Pumpkin Snickerdoodle is loaded with pumpkin and cinnamon flavor- it’s like eating pumpkin pie in cookie form.
Our Apple Butter Snickerdoodle hits those dark brown sugar and cinnamon notes with a crispy edge and the most glorious chewy cookie center.
Honestly we couldn’t pick a favorite if we wanted to. They are all so, so good!

Introducing our “Classic” Chocolate Chip Cookie and just in time for our Holiday Cookies going live on the website this afternoon! These Chocolate Chip cookies are unlike the big New York Bakery style that we make. These are sweet with crispy edges, chewy middles and the perfect amount of semi-sweet chocolate chips! We are super excited to add them to the lineup.

Say Hello to our Raspberry Jam Print…way bigger than a typical thumb print. The sweet and tart jam pairs perfectly with this oh so buttery cookie - it’s damn delicious! Holiday Cookie Trays, plates and boxes being loaded to the site soon! They will all be build your own size/ style so you can gift, party and self enjoy to your hearts content!
