I'm so grateful for technology and social media. I met Elder Lenore A. Artis on MySpace, and God has kept us connected through the years. When I first started pastoring 14yrs ago, I wanted to give up. She encouraged me. She poured into me. She loved me. She never once judged me or made me feel inadequate. She made room for me. This woman of God has modeled for me the elegance and efficacy of being a lacy & Lordly leader by creating a safe space for women of God all over the world, called forth to preach, prophesy, teach, preach, exhort, rebuke, reprove, heal, gather and to deliver.
I am honored and humble to host a Concert of Prayer for Miracles presented by Dr. Lenore A. Artis & I AM A WOMAN PREACHER!® this Friday, April 26th at 7pm EST. We will have space for 85 directly on Zoom, and our overflow room will be a stream to YouTube.

Authenticated, Anointed & Appointed Prayer Warriors will include:
🔥Elder Cynthia Adams
🔥Rev. Priscilla Anne Campbell
🔥Pastor Thurselle Chisolm-Williams
🔥PastorTam Darcel
🔥Apostle LaTonya McRae (On A Mission)
🔥Dr. Grace Smith
🔥Pastor Vivian Swinton
🔥Pastor Nika Walker
🔥Bishop Stacey Woods

Where are the wailing women? Where are the faithwalkers? Where are the prayer warriors?

We are BELIEVING God and praying for the manifestation of His Miracles, Signs & Wonders, poured from Heaven to Earth. Will you join us?

The book of Enoch is considered a pseudepigraphal body of work. Pseudepigraphical literature is considered unreliable if it makes false claims as to authorship as well as if its content’s contradict established history, geography, and religious canon. A pseudepigraphon will purport to have a (usually) well-known author, but its claims are unfounded and cannot be substantiated anywhere else. The pseudepigrapha are the books that attempt to imitate Scripture but cannot be fully substantiated by Scripture. The term pseudepigrapha comes from the Greek pseudo, meaning “false,” and epigraphein, meaning “to inscribe,” thus, “to write falsely.”

Enoch of the Bible is the great-grandfather of Noah (Genesis 5:18).

Genesis 5:18-24
18 When Jared had lived 162 years, he became the father of Enoch. 19 After he became the father of Enoch, Jared lived 800 years and had other sons and daughters. 20 Altogether, Jared lived a total of 962 years, and then he died. 21 When Enoch had lived 65 years, he became the father of Methuselah. 22 After he became the father of Methuselah, Enoch walked faithfully with God 300 years and had other sons and daughters. 23 Altogether, Enoch lived a total of 365 years. 24 Enoch walked faithfully with God; then he was no more, because God took him away.

The only other places within the divinely inspired Word of God that Enoch is mentioned is in the genealogy of Jesus in Luke 3:37, Hebrews 11:5 (Heroes of Faith), and in Jude 1:14-15 that states, “14 Enoch, the seventh from Adam, prophesied about them: “See, the Lord is coming with thousands upon thousands of his holy ones 15 to judge everyone, and to convict all of them of all the ungodly acts they have committed in their ungodliness, and of all the defiant words ungodly sinners have spoken against him.” And that is it. Jude’s quotation does not mean the book of Enoch is inspired by God or that it should be in the Bible. Jude’s quote is not the only quote in the Bible from a non-biblical or even pagan source. The apostle Paul quotes Epimenides in Titus 1:12, but that does not mean we should give any additional authority to Epimenides’ writings. Let it be noted that Epimenides was considered a 6th century BC Greek seer and philosopher. The same is true with Jude 1:14–15. Jude quoting from what someone put into a body of works, and attributed it to Enoch of the Bible does not indicate the entire book of Enoch is God-inspired, or even true. I’ve read some claim that Jude 1:14-15 was a vision of Jude’s, not a book at all. But of course that cannot be proven considering its not detailed in Scripture. Perhaps, it was Jude merely quoting oral tradition of something Enoch is attributed to have said. We don’t know for sure. Up until Moses, much of the moral law, sacrificial, and works of the Lord were orally passed down from generation to generation and not written down. God also spoke directly to certain people pre-flood. The Bible does not say who told them to or how or why Cain and Able gave offerings to God (Genesis 4:3-5), but they did and later God wrote these same things down for Moses. All Jude’s quote means is that particular claim is true of something Enoch said. No established scholar, let alone devout Jewish scribes, believe the book of Enoch to have truly been written by Enoch in the Bible. Enoch was seven generations from Adam, prior to the flood (Genesis 5:1–24). We don’t even have the book of Jasher, or Chronicals of the Kings of Israel mentioned in the Bible. And those were written after the flood.

The Book of Enoch is agnostically apocalyptic and has 108 chapters that tell tales of rock monsters, claiming God didn’t actually create light, but summoned a being that has the light in his potbelly, and that when Noah was born, solar beams shot out of his newborn eyes when they opened, blinding all inside. The book of Enoch creates false narratives that cannot be corroborated with Scripture. There’s a heavy emphasis in the book of Enoch on angelology, demonology, with a large portion of the book devoted to filling in the backstory of what it means that the “Sons of God lay with the daughters of man” found in Genesis 6:1–4. The Book of Enoch attempts to make claims about the origins of the Nephilim that the Bible does not.

Christians should view the Book of Enoch (and all other books like it) in the same manner we do the other apocryphal writings. Some of what the Apocrypha says is true and correct, but much of it is false and historically inaccurate, as well as contradictory of Scripture. If you read these books, you can consider them interesting writing but fallible historical documents, and never as the inspired, authoritative Word of God. Compare all books to the Bible, not the other way around.

The KJV version says "I would have fainted"...have the challenges of life ever caused you to feel faint? Pass out? Get weak? If we're being transparent, some of us carry it well, but we are literally just one more trial, just one more issue, just one more difficulty away, and just like a Jenga block, one more thing added to what's already happening can make you feel like all the peace you've fought for, all supports you've put into place will just buckle under the imbalance & just topple over.
Take heart! Despite the negativity and grim outlook, the devil is STILL a liar, and your Lord God Almighty IS still good! He is faithful & He unequivocally & unconditionally LOVES you! Wait on Him. Trust in Him. He will give you the strength needed to endure❤️ - T.G. Thornton

"I would have lost heart,
unless I had believed
That I would see the goodness of the Lord
In the land of the living.
Wait on the Lord;
Be of good courage,
And He shall strengthen your heart;
Wait, I say, on the Lord!
Psalm 27:13-14 NKJV

If your Pastor doesn’t know how to help you mentally or emotionally, but can lead & grow you spiritually, it’s OK! Pastoral counseling isn’t a huge focus in seminary school. He or she may not have a background in mental health training or counseling.
FIND A THERAPIST or LIFE COACH you can trust & who can help you navigate life challenges as well as your day to day struggles. Coupled with spiritual support from your Pastor, you’ll be in a much better space to complete your healing journey 💕

Only 1/3 of the angels switched up on God & got kicked out with Lucifer. Do you know what that means? 2/3 of the angels stood 10 toes down with GOD! That means MORE of Heaven is FOR you than the demons in Hell against you!
