I have to say, I LOVE my enameled cast iron set, it’s some of my favorite cookware! 😍😍

Of course I didn’t think to snap a pic before it was mostly devoured, but tonight’s dinner was fabu! I mixed up some Pampered Chef Rosemary and Herb seasoning and olive oil, and rubbed it all over two large turkey breasts. Threw those bad boys in the Deluxe Air Fryer for an hour on air fry setting, flipping and switching the racks halfway - so yummy!! Served with green beans and mashed taters.
