Swett family members removing the temporary concrete barriers in preparation for our sub-contractors to begin on Monday the three week process of returning NB traffic back into its original configuration, for this year. Phase 2 will start March 2025. Nice work.

October 15, 2024 I-93 NB Manchester. We here at E.D. Swett want to spread the message to all the traveling public passing thru construction sites and work zones, to obey the speed limits and travel lane adjustments while driving in these areas. STAY ALERT. SLOW DOWN. We speak not only for E.D. Swett but for the entire construction industry in NH. These hard working men and women have families to go home to. This particular accident today was 2 seconds from certainly being a casualty.

Project Superintendent Mike Desroches, Foreman Craig Moses, Foreman Lon Collins, Foreman Joe Symonds, craftsmen Nate Puluti, Scot Frechette, Ed Coulstring, George Abek, Victor Davis, Aman Dery, Rick Griffin, Nate Pagan, and Dzevad Tokovic placing 50 % of concrete deck patches today. Excellent effort by all these E.D. Swett family members.

October 7, 2024 Memorial Bridge, Loon Mountain. Project Foreman Jason Littlefield, operator Derek Boynton and craftsman Rob Estes getting the project underway by setting in the turbidity curtain, lowering our CAT Mini Excavator under the bridge and placement of the sandbag cofferdam.

October 4, 2024 Memorial Bridge, Loon Mountain. Mobilize our Komatsu Loader and 50 T Linkbelt RT Crane to begin bridge repairs for Loon Mountain.

September 25, 2024 Tully Brook Road Bridge Replacement Richmond. Another project in the books!! What a terrific final product. ED Swett thanks all of our sub-contractors, the on site engineering team of Hoyle Tanner and Associates (Katie, Josif and Holly), the design engineers of H.L. Turner Group, the residents of Richmond, the Town of Richmond for the opportunity and especially thanks go out to the ED Swett family members, who once again showed their talents. A project well done.

September 25, 2024 Rte 12A City of Claremont. Prime Contractor, BUR Construction, preparing the last of the site for our arrival to began construction of the concrete face wall and cap.

ED Swett family members worked thru the night last night switching traffic into Phase 2 with our sub-contractor, Continental Paving, wasting no time grinding off the existing bridge deck asphalt. Dedication to the max. Excellent work.

AGC of NH is proud to announce that member E.D. Swett has achieved a zero-incident rate in 2023 and was awarded a National AGC Safety Award (NASA). They also received this award in 2022.

NASA compares an AGC member’s safety record with other AGC members according to the member size and construction type.
