Carolina XC, LLC had a great double header for the 2nd & 3rd race of this series at The Johnson Compound in Salley, SC!

I had slow starts on both Saturday and Sunday, but was able to push through and shorten the gap behind my class leaders. The woods were tight, but fun! I took a tumble on the extreme course on Saturday (it looked worse than what it was); so stuck to the go-around on Sunday.
I finished up 5th overall in my class 🙌🏁🏅Proud to be racing with such a tough group of 85cc 7-11yr old riders!

The weekend highlight was getting to race the Adult race on Sunday....

Track update: yes, we have had rain and more rain for tonight in the forecast. Talked to stu and we got everything ready to roll in the morning. Got 5 machines ready to prep the tracks and trails! This place can take the rain and it will be epic! Loamy and sandy base dirt will make ruts like no other. The PARKING lot is all ROCKS so no problem at all with getting stuck!!! We are starting the 50 race at 9am, so everything will be 1 hr behind the normal schedule. We still will be done by 3! Please spread the word and don’t be worried about the track being muddy. We are doing our best!

I was super excited to return for the second year of the Carolina XC, LLC Winter Race Series! Round 1 was a great way to kick off the series! The track was perfect. I made progress with each lap and finished 4th in the 85cc 7-11yr class!
Added bonus: racing with all of my Battery Park Offroad boys🤙and watch my dad finish 4th too 🏁
