Conway Croppers

Edit: There are enough planning on going that we will keep the room. I just didn’t want to prevent the other group from using the room if no one was coming.

Please reply to this post or the August event if you are planning on cropping August 2-4. There is another group that is interested in using the room. I have told them we are planning on being there but I need to make sure we will be there!!!

We have the McGee center starting tomorrow. Anybody going? I know a few of us have conflicts and it is a holiday weekend. I’m scrapbooking all next week and have to tutor some tomorrow so I’m not sure if I (Emily) will make it.

I went to the McGee center today and got some dates on the calendar (sorry it took so long!). The room is available this weekend but I didn’t sign up because it is such short notice. If you want to use it just let me know and I’ll call and reserve it!!

McGee crops:
April 12-14
May 10-12
June 7-9
July 5-7
August 2-4

Edited: it is Fri, sat, sun each weekend. I fixed June and Aug.

Hours: Fri and Sat: 7 am - 9 pm, Sun 1-6 pm

McGee center dates for the rest of the year:
This weekend (Sept 8-9) Friday and Saturday only.
October 13-15.
Nov 10-11.

Friday might be the small room depending on the drivers license testing. We can move to the big room when they finish around 5. Saturday is the big room. The only Sunday that was available was in October. Their hours are 7 am to 9 pm on Fri and Sat, 1-6 on Sun.

I scheduled dates at the McGee center for crop weekends.

April 28-29 (no Sunday)
May 26-28
June 16-18
July 7-9
August 11-13

On Friday’s we are in the small room until 5 then we can move into the big room. Saturdays and Sundays are in the big room. The hours are 7 am - 9 pm on Saturday and 1 pm - 6 pm on Sunday.

I‘ve scheduled McGee center crops for June through October. I’ll wait and schedule November and December later if we decide we want them.

Hours for all of the crops in 2022:
Friday: small room from 7 am-5 pm
Large room from 5-9 pm
Sat: large room from 7 am-9 pm
Sun: large room form 1 pm-6 pm

New dates for 2022.

Feb 18 and 19 (no Sunday)
March 11 and 12 (no Sunday)
April 29 - May 1 (all weekend)

Ladies it is with a sad heart that I tell y’all we lost a great lady Thursday. Jody Hamrick passed away. I don’t have any details as of yet. Please keep Michel May and Peggy Boggs and the rest of her family in your prayers 🙏

Is anybody cropping this weekend? I got back from my trip to DC a day early and could go up tomorrow afternoon.

The large room is available tomorrow and Sunday so I signed us up for it. Anybody want to work on a project. Sorry for the late notice but I just found out.

They are using the large room for driver’s license testing during the day Friday. We have access to the small room from 7 am - 5 pm on Fridays. Then we have the large room for the rest of the weekend (5 pm - 9 pm on Fridays). Saturday’s hours are 7 am - 9 pm. Sunday’s hours are 1 pm - 6 pm.

There is no mask requirement (you can always wear one if that makes you more comfortable).

If there are other weekends you would like for me to check the availability of, just let me know.
