Your organization is empowered through supplier diversity to demonstrate an added competitive advantage, contribute to strengthening the local economy, and grow its customer and brand loyalty in new markets.

Here are ๐Ÿ‘ ๐’๐ฎ๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐ข๐ž๐ซ ๐ƒ๐ข๐ฏ๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ ๐•๐š๐ฅ๐ฎ๐ž ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ฉ๐จ๐ฌ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ to consider:

1. ๐‚๐จ๐ฆ๐ฉ๐ž๐ญ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ๐ž ๐€๐๐ฏ๐š๐ง๐ญ๐š๐ ๐ž: Large organizations are seeking contracting prime partners that mirror their commitment to supplier diversity. More and more, Requests for Proposals (RFP) are asking for details on biddersโ€™ supplier diversity initiatives. Those who demonstrate opportunities to advance subcontracting initiatives typically have an upper hand!

2. ๐„๐œ๐จ๐ง๐จ๐ฆ๐ข๐œ ๐„๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ: The phrase is fancy and somewhat overused however companies are encouraged to demonstrate contributions to advancing access to capital, business growth, and sustainability. Communities are aware and uplifting the brands that support the stability of small and diverse businesses, creating tax revenue, jobs, and stabilizing residential markets.

3. ๐‚๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ญ๐จ๐ฆ๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ: Of course, companies know to focus on customers and stakeholders, collecting data, target marketing to speak to their most influential revenue generators. However, it is important now to express an extended consciousness venturing into demographics often overlooked or understated in value. The realm of cultural consciousness is impactful and influences customersโ€™ purchases, reviews, and fuels the cancel culture movements. People are looking to purchase and work for organizations that value who they are, where they are, and take care to learn what matters from their perspective.

Your organization is empowered through supplier diversity to demonstrate an added competitive advantage, contribute to strengthening the local economy, and grow its customer and brand loyalty in new markets.

Here are 3 Supplier Diversity Value Propositions to consider:

1. Competitive Advantage: Large organizations are seeking contracting prime partners that mirror their commitment to supplier diversity. More and more, Requests for Proposals (RFP) are asking for details on biddersโ€™ supplier diversity initiatives. Those who demonstrate opportunities to advance subcontracting initiatives typically have an upper hand!

2. Economic Equity: The phrase is fancy and somewhat overused however companies are encouraged to demonstrate contributions to advancing access to capital, business growth, and sustainability. Communities are aware and uplifting the brands that support the stability of small and diverse businesses, creating tax revenue, jobs, and stabilizing residential markets.

3. Customers: Of course, companies know to focus on customers and stakeholders, collecting data, target marketing to speak to their most influential revenue generators.
