Had a few lamb chops I didn't cook and stuff laying round the house, so I made a quick lil late breakfast before class.
Scrambled eggs with cheese
Jerk seasoned lamb chops
New Golden parmesan crusted potatoes.

Today is protein day. Worked up an appetite 💪🏾
Lamp chops, garlic mashed potatoes, seared salmon, and broccoli.

This here was the absolute best gumbo I've had. I've only cooked gumbo twice. I followed a few recipes, and of course, in true Trisha style, I tweaked it. Here is the main recipe I followed.

This was absolutely delicious 😋. I made my own spin on it by using my own seasonings, but the main ingredients are the same. If you are local to Atlanta, you can get those mushrooms from the Dekalb Farmers Market.
