We have an astonishingly personal and precise God.
The kind of God who counts the stars and calls them by name.
Who clothes the fields with flowers.
Who tells the ocean just how far it can go.
Who paints the most exquisite sunsets, even if no one notices.
If he will do all of that, and more, for the world around you, just think what he'll do for you personally. He is not an impersonal God, unattentive to your needs. He hears. He listens.
Imagine him sitting cross-legged at the end of your bed when you pray. Imagine him holding you close, pressing your ear against his heart, when you cry. Imagine him cupping your chin in his hands. Imagine him laughing at your jokes, weeping at your side, rocking you to sleep, being slow to anger when you lash out, plumbing the depths of your soul to find (and love) the realest you. Imagine him loving you only for the sake of love, not for any of the crazy, hustle-y things you think you need to do to earn it.
You are fully seen, and fully loved. He knows your name.
