Your yoga challenge for today..... 1. Acquire a small child 2. Attempt the poses in the video 3. Attempt to be serious and not giggle as it disrupts balance 4. Number 3 is almost impossible......laugh and have fun 5. Make sure a dog or cat makes at least one appearance in your video/pictures
