Eating right!
Many of you don’t know autism causes you to only want to eat select foods. And no matter how hard you try to eat some foods you are not able to keep them down. (At first) After speaking with my close friend @savantofswing he shared with me his story of only eating select food and the health problems it caused him. He asked me to promise to do better and start eating healthy as soon as possible. I made that promise! Because of his support and taking time to encourage me I now eat salad and vegetables. It takes time and I have to eat slow and some times I feel like it will come back up, but I’m keeping my promise to him and myself to eat better and be better! Thank you Jarrad!!

Dedication in the rain….. What did I do right after my ribbon cutting you ask… My body wanted to take a nap but, my goals said get out their with coach, yes in the rain.. I want to be a great golfer, not great napper🤗
