Summer 2024 News for Mind Body Now ☀️ Thank you for receiving me today. I’m checking in and sharing news. Happy Father’s Day to all the dads this Sunday, especially those who do yoga with us! I am teaching yoga Sunday morning if you’d like to log on.

Today, I facilitated a virtual sound bath for a major corporation. It was educational & experiential, learning how to choose percussive & musical instruments and songs 🎵 to raise our energy, promote calm, and manage our moods. 🥰

Thank goodness for a little cover during livestream yoga in the rain this morning.

What a fun day at the office! ❤️ As part of the Royal Treatment wellness team & health fair, I worked the SIT TO BE FIT station. Several small groups of employees came through, 20-30 minutes at a time, to share, learn, experience, and ask questions. Everyone got a free booklet full of ergonomic tips and office-friendly exercises that we practiced together. Fun fact, most people surveyed about their fitness routines get enough cardio. Some get enough strength training. Most lack enough stretching.

Tonight, I led 32 people from around the globe in livestream Gentle Hatha & Restorative Yoga on Insight Timer. One woman from Ohio mentioned she'd had a difficult day, loved my class, and then dropped me a generous donation. Sweet! :) Stay tuned for future live events TBA.

WOW! 48 people took my hatha flow yoga class from across the globe this morning from as far away as Sweden.

Hooray! 64 people from around the world took my hatha & restorative class on Insight Timer tonight. We used our bed pillows as props. 🥰 Stay tuned for more!

Wow! That was fun. 32 people from around the globe just took my first Insight Timer livestream yoga class. We chatted before & after class by typing. Sweeet!!
