I wanted to formally introduce myself and post the person behind Batz Artistry & Esthetics🖤🌙🦇
My name is Brittany aka Brittany Batz
I'm a licensed esthetician / resin artist / candle maker
I'm 33 years young and a mother of 3
As an esthetician, I specialize in full body waxing, brow/lash tinting & facials with more services to come
As an apothecary artist, I make soy wax candles with crystals in tins and teacups
My resin work is anything from tumblers, woodwork, keychains, magnets, trinket boxes/trays, wall decor, etc.
I will be opening my books very soon at my new location and will make a post when I will be taking clients
My goal for my small business is to make as many people feel welcomed and confident about themselves.
This is a safe space/therapy session, whether it's during a spa service or conversation while purchasing any apothecary items.

WAXING TIPS! 🖤🦇🌙
- Alcohol & coffee are considered stimulants! When in your system, it can cause extreme sensitivity, causing your waxing experience to become uncomfortable and painful.
- Gently exfoliate before your wax! Exfoliating removes dead skin cells, which aids in better waxing results.
- Hydrate by drinking plenty of water! Dehydrated skin can cause hair follicles to constrict, making hair removal difficult, causing broken hairs.
- Refrain from shaving/plucking at least 2-3weeks before waxing. Everyone's hair growth rate is different, but hair needs to be at least the length of a grain of rice for best results.
- Loose fitting clothing can help with being comfortable after a wax service.
- Take ibuprofen if you're feeling nervous. Ibuprofen reduces inflammation and is a mild pain reliever.
- Remember to relax and breathe. Waxing sounds scarier than it actually is. I promise you will be so happy you got the wax! BOOK THE APPOINTMENT! 💜
