Here is another mud bench with the stained seat and it came out great! Glad to have happy clients!

Newest mud bench completed for another nice family. I was glad to know they were happy with the result, and I hope I can keep that consistent. Designs come from photos that a customer brings, brainstorming, and I also bring additional inventory of trim, hooks, ideas, this way when they see what the design is like in actuality, they can customize any last minute components.

I am running a small business that is focused on mainly building custom closets, and other built in shelving for home owners and builders. Taking different projects has become a regular thing as customers are always asking for some sort of skilled labor to be done. Im looking for a reliable, dependable, respectful, mature, PRODUCTIVE, that is experienced with at least half or more of following areas of home construction/remodel

Drywall
Tape float texture
Minor framing
Some carpentry
Painting, def need to be able to paint
Tile
Trim
Cleaning.

APPLICANTS WITH NO EXPERIENCE I am willing to spend time teaching and coaching, and they will be paid fairly but not paid as much as a skilled laborer will. This person is mainly useful by always following directions and staying busy, keeping all work areas clean, running errands, moving materials, cleaning up at the end of the day, organizing tools etc. If you cannot build, you need to make sure I can build without stopping. That I can get to the next job faster. Your pay per hour is starting at 12, and after about two days, if you aren't going up in pay you I will let you go. I need someone worth paying. If you accept the work, you have given your agreement to do the work. I will never surprise you with work that is too hard or unsafe or unfair. I need tough, drug free, honest, intelligent people.

APPLICANTS WITH EXPERIENCE

If you have your own tools and transportation and are a skilled laborer, i can offer you a fair wage, and provide you with what you need to be productive. If you can finish in certain time frame, there will be some sort of incentive bonus agreed on before the project begins. You will be paid daily unless otherwise discussed.

Adding a door in the laundry room to give access to the master closet. When we cut into the wall, what did we find? A brick wall! Rented a concrete saw, and I've made sure to contain all the areas where there will be dust. Extra measure of dust control will use a vacuum taped to the base of the saw. It is so important to be thorough in protecting the clients environment. I know when I've completed the task, there will not be any dust left behind. It means a lot to treat everyone and everything I am in contact with, I with respect.
