Holy Trusses, as requested here’s some updated pictures of the finished beams and trusses on our Beeville Ranch Project. This house is definitely one of a kind!

Here’s a sneak peek at the Barron Design Trusses and brick veneer ceiling going up on our Custom Home, Beeville Ranch project. Can’t wait for the the fully cased fireplace windows get their stained finished to accent the trusses!

Heres a couple project pictures from a ranch house we are building between Beeville and Kennedy. You may notice we had our lead inspector out for the concrete pour. Dont let his height fool you, he'll red tape you in a heart beat.

Take a look at this Super Unique Bay House we finished last year. Modern Farm House meets Coastal Cottage. This was an awesome project from the seamless aluminum horizontal siding to the gigantic picture windows and wood burning stove. Nestled between crooked oak trees and the Copano Bay this was definitely one we wont forget.

Here’s a few progress pictures of one of our custom ranch house builds. Metal supports, masonry fireplace, arches, big timbers, exposed rafter tails and tongue and groove soffit will all come together to make this house amazing!

One of our Port A projects is coming along nicely. Can’t wait to see the finishes installed! Stay tuned to see the interior come alive.

D&Z Construction is now a Plungie Pool dealer/installer. Lightweight precast concrete pools that are easy on the wallet and the schedule. Check out the photos below of an install on one of our new custom home projects.

Nothing like a 3 AM concrete pour for a new Custom Ranch House in South Texas! Those concrete crews are some hard workers. This is going to be an awesome house, more progress pics to come.

We’ve got another one going up in Port A! Got to love the framing stage. A framer once told us the reason he chose framing over other trades was because of the self satisfaction of being able to actually see his daily progress. I’m sure the owner enjoys seeing the progress too. We know the builder does!
