Snack Tips from Kids Eat in Color

Fat, protein, and fiber are your friend to keep kids full to the next eating opportunity. There's nothing wrong with a quick fix snack. Sometimes the "quick fix" is the perfect fix for your situation. Quick fixes don't tend to keep the kids full for a long time though. When you offer the quick fix snack along with foods that have protein, fat, and fiber it starts to keep kids full to the next meal or snack. Which means less whining about snacks.

It's official, Monarch on 4th is OPEN! Mid Valley Nurture has been seeing clients and doing outreach work for a few months, but our wonderful space is now open to the public.

Monarch on 4th offers a wide variety of services and classes for everyone parenting within our community. We have more exciting classes and options coming your way soon, stay tuned!

Keep an eye out for exciting opportunities for anyone who is pregnant through early parenthood. We will be hosting classes for birth education, baby wearing, lactation, prenatal yoga, 'Parent and me' art classes, and so much more!

Have you ever heard of a Doula? A Birth Doula is a trained birth worker who can provide prenatal, labor and delivery support, and postpartum care to birthing people and their families!

We have partnered with the Community Doula Program to train our Peer Wellness Specialists as Doula's so they are able better to support our clients during their pregnancies and beyond.
