🚨Urgent Action Alert🚨

Help us maintain a safe and successful liberation zone for the "People's University for Palestine" at Oregon State University! 🇵🇸 Rather than respond respectfully to any student demands, OSU has ordered the encampment to pack up and leave campus before Tuesday.

City council meets Monday at 6:00 at the fire station at 400 NW Harrison Blvd. Council must direct police not to cooperate with OSU, and urge the sheriff’s office to do likewise. Before the deadline of noon on Monday, register for oral comment and/or submit written comment by contacting [email protected] or 541-766-6729, ext. 5075.

Email OSU Pres. Murthy ([email protected]​​​​​​​) & Provost Feser ([email protected]) to support the demands leveled by the student coalition, to hold OSU accountable to protect student protestors’ physical safety and rights to free speech, to demand they stop threatening students, and negotiate, not escalate.

Donate to sustain a safe, successful encampment:small tents, sleeping mats, battery banks, blankets, and blindfolds for sleeping under the intense stadium lights that OSU installed around the encampment.For food or monetary donations, please speak directly with student organizers.

A student-built timeline display showing Palestine's history, a table about academic boycott, a table about divestment, a table about eSIMs, a table about the campaign, a table about the Palestine Museum of Natural History, a table about cartography of Gaza's destruction... AND! Hummus!!! What a productive event! Thanks to so many students and community members who came together to share knowledge and ideas, make art with kids, engage in thoughtful conversations and meet new allies!
