The annual CPKC Holiday Train stop in Cottage Grove will happen this Sunday, Dec. 10. We are anticipating a lot of people coming to enjoy the festivities. Expect delays when coming to and leaving the event. Make sure to review the important information below about traffic and parking in the area.

Please enter from Jamaica Ave. to access the Metro Transit Park and Ride Lot. Shuttles will be available from this lot to the train stop.

If you have a parking permit, enter from Jamaica Ave. Your permit will be checked, and you will be directed to the Youth Service Bureau Lot.

Disability Parking will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. You must present a placard at the checkpoint. Enter from Jamaica Ave., and you will be directed to the Youth Services Bureau Lot.

There will be no shuttles to the train stop at the National Guard Armory and All Saints Lutheran Church. Instead, Belden Blvd. between Hadley and Grenadier Ave will be closed to vehicle traffic to create a safe pedestrian walkway for those parking at the National Guard Armory, All Saints Lutheran Church and in the general area.

The expected departure time for the train is 6 p.m. Expect traffic delays near Jamaica Ave and West Point Douglas Rd as well as the Hadley Ave. and Grange Blvd/80th St. area.

Free Wagon Rides will be available starting at 3 p.m. from the CG Metro Transit Lot.
