Mileena is genuine, driven, and creative. Born in Monroe, Louisiana, she moved to southern Louisiana in 2014 and has been a resident of Mandeville since 2019.

Mileena knew Cosmetology was the perfect career for her when everything felt natural, like she was meant to do this. It has never felt like a job to her, more of a passion.

Outside of work, Mileena loves to spend time with her two kids, Lilly and Reece, and her husband, John. She also has two golden retrievers, Milo and Teddy. Family time is her favorite time.

Mileena loves her job because it doesn't feel like work. The entire team at Air Salon feels like family, and she loves making clients feel their best. Overall, she loves what she does and where she is at.

Her career goal is to become a six-figure stylist while maintaining a flexible schedule for her family, achieving balance while being successful.
