Happy fall y’all!

Yesterday JBM Salon turned 4!
I had a friend ask me recently what my dream job would be if pay and benefits were not a factor. I thought about it for about a second and said.. I actually have it! I love what I do. Sure, I love doing hair but it’s so much more than that. The connections I get to make everyday whether it’s a laugh, cry, celebration, or just catching up is such a blessing to me. I have all of my beautiful clients to thank for that! After over 20 years in this industry it still hasn’t gotten old 🫶

Wrapping up my 4th Christmas season here at JBM Salon! I’m feeling super sappy and grateful for all of you that have supported me this year. I have the most generous, thoughtful, most understanding and funny client list that is a stylist’s dream. So thank you, I love you all, and Merry Christmas!

3 years have come and gone in a blink! Each year has gotten better and better. I absolutely love what I do and I don’t take that for granted for a second. Clients, you make it all worth while and your support means the world to me! Thank you so so much. Who I’m surround by is the icing on top ♥️

Hey everyone! You’ve kept me in business for 2 whole trips around the sun and I love you for it! My dream for opening this little studio was to plug in my kids’ schedules and work around them. You’ve been patient and understanding every single time I’ve needed to rearrange your time and I can’t thank you enough. I love what I do and I can’t express how thankful I am that you’ve chosen me as your stylist with all the talent that’s out there. You are all the seriously the best! Cheers to two years at JBM Salon 🥂

This time last year I had the biggest knot in my stomach. I was so nervous but so excited. I prayed and prayed that I made the right decision. That I chose the right products. That I would have clients still. That I would make at least half as much money as I did at my last salon. And that I would still love doing hair.
And guess what?! By the grace of God I’m not worried about any of those things going into this 2nd year of business. I’m reminded day in and day out that I’m exactly where I’m suppose to be and I could not be more thankful!! To all 222 of you that sat in my chair this past year, THANK YOU. To my guests that took this leap with me, your business and loyalty are appreciated more than I can express. To all my friends, my kids’ friends, neighbors and family, thank you for taking chance on me just to show your support. To my husband, kids, and parents, thank you for believing in me and helping me every step of the way. Last but not least, thank you to for putting this location 5 minutes from my house and setting me up for success. I love you all! Happy 1 year to JBM Salon and cheers to many more!

Thank you for this recognition! The more I learn and use this color line the more I love. The creator and CEO himself has walked me through some client transformation requests at a moment’s notice and did a live zoom training course when I took on the color line. I know it sounds silly but I prayed for high quality color when I chose to open my studio because my clients deserve the best. I got that and so much more. Thanks so much for all the support!
