I was out for my morning walking and this beautiful leaf was sitting there in the perfect light! Simplicity at its finest and a reminder that just because we may feel like we need to take time away to reflect, this is perfect for you. Enjoy the present and enjoy listening to your body and your mind. Take the time you need to “figure out” whatever it is you need.

If you’re in a situation that you don’t feel joy, what is keeping you there? We are meant to feel joy. It is our birthright! Start out small and break free from that which no longer serves. Is it a cluttered closet? Too many unnecessary expenses? Perhaps it’s your job or a relationship. Whatever it is, start small, work your way up and break the habits/patterns. Reevaluate and take notice, “Does this bring you joy?” If it doesn’t , it’s time to let go! Your future is waiting!

Attract, don’t chase…
When we network, we are out there dedicating our time, energy and using our resources to get ahead, to be seen, to be heard, to attract the right people, at the right place at the right time for the right reasons. Same goes for manifesting. You must dedicate the time and build the relationship. Dedicate that time and watch the magic unfold. Only then will you truly understand the magic and potency of your mind.

Some days are harder than others. If today feels like that day…don’t change yourself to make someone ELSE feel comfortable.

Don’t allow a situation, a person or event dim you.

Make THEM uncomfortable!!

Don’t shrink yourself, don’t reduce your essence for any reason!!!

Be BIG, Be BOLD, Be YOU!!

My husband and I were walking the dogs this morning and this reminded me of the New Beginnings that is happening right now. As we shed the old and heaviness from ourselves, this is a reminder that everything is temporary. As you continue to embark on your journey be kind to yourself. You are doing great and it takes time. You are at YOUR right pace. 🌷 🌷🌷🌷

What habit or pattern do you want to move through? Are you having a hard time letting go of what was? Ask yourself, “Is this serving me or benefiting me anymore?”

Feel inside of you the emotion that is brought up as you ask yourself this.
Is there heaviness? Do you feel stuck? Hesitation? Difficulty swallowing? Does your stomach feel sour or off? Do you feel unbalanced? Maybe even woozy?
Now what are you doing to nourish yourself? Do you even notice that you need to address these emotions/thoughts/feelings?
A great way to move through stagnant energies is walking outside and taking in the fresh air. Connection with Pacha mama is so helpful. If you can’t go outside looking out a window with some tea and journaling. Go to a salt cave if there is one near by. Or you can book a distance healing session to assist you to get that flow moving and back into alignment.

Sometimes when we feel overwhelmed the best thing to do is pause…

Take a deep breath

Take another deep breath

Slow down
Breathe

Take those purposeful inhalations

Allow the pause to linger

The quiet will set in

Expand that quiet now….
Give yourself 2 minutes…
Grow into this pause

Over time this pause will be 5 minutes
Then 10 minutes.

The stillness will bring awareness’s to your body, mind and soul.

You are doing great. Keep going!

You will get through this.

It’s already getting lighter.

The fear is moving

The burden is lifting

Say out loud:

“Thank you for getting me through this.”

“Thank you for this pause”

“ I am okay”

Yesterday I underwent my second Shamanic Journey to the Underworld. My mentor/teacher Rodrigo developed this beautiful technique that assists in releasing old traumas, experiencing real grounding, regaining self-confidence and/or letting go of old patterns.

Pacha Mama/Mother Earth is such a powerful healer and I felt so loved, supported not just by her but by Rodrigo and my beautiful friends who have become family.

My body harbored so much trauma, pain, fear, limiting beliefs and it was a ride. I am not claustrophobic or have a tendency to panic but yesterday I was tested. I cried, I faced my fears like never before, I was bound by past and had to acknowledge all the experiences I have had ranging from sexual trauma, lack of self worth, feeling like I couldn’t trust anyone including myself and love. I couldn’t and didn’t know how to love.

There were several times I felt like I wanted to jump out of the dirt because the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual pain was excruciating. At one point I was telepathically sending Rodrigo a message telling him I was scared and I can’t do it anymore and then I felt his hands around my shoulders in the dirt and I calmed down again.

I am proud of how far I’ve come along and I understand that it’s a process that needs to continue to be worked on. We all have a ton of “sh*t” we carry. This is a reminder that our bodies do carry it all.

I feel 1000 pounds lighter. I am still processing it all. Thank you to Rodrigo for his teachings and his love. Thank you Angelica and Anita for the love and support the last 3 years and being on this journey with me.

My friend Donna asked me what I learned from this experience. I learned that self-love and unconditional love is truly the secret to move mountains.

I am humbled, I am grateful and I am whole.
