One of the most famous hotels in San Antonio, the Hyatt Regency San Antonio Riverwalk puts visitors in the center of all the excitement of the riverwalk. Upon first walking in, you can see the glass elevator looking out onto the beautiful lobby. Located in the Financial District of Manhattan, NY, the office building at 195 Broadway has quite a history of communication. The new 199 Church Street Condos development is under construction in downtown Toronto and will be powered by Smartrise’s C4 controllers! Set to stand 39 stories tall, the condos will be powered by multiple trusted Smartrise C4 traction controllers equipped with regenerative kits. This building is sure to add a modern edge to the Toronto skyline, and Smartrise is honored to be part of the development.

In the city of Indian Head Park, about 20 miles from Chicago, IL, the condo building at 127 Acacia Circle features a Smartrise SRH hydraulic controller. This 5-story building also offers a party room and tennis courts for its residents and visitors to enjoy. We are thrilled to have the opportunity to add our Smartrise technology to this list of amenities, as well as being able to provide our 5-year warranty to ensure the safety of the residents of 127 Acacia Circle.

Originally built in 1885, the Colby Abbot Building is one of the most historical buildings in downtown Milwaukee. After a tragic fire in 2020, the building had to undergo extensive repairs, including the renovation of their elevators. This mixed-used building is now powered by both Smartrise’s C4 and hydraulic controllers. We’re honored to be part of the renewal story of this historic site and appreciate the opportunity to provide safe and reliable transportation to the people of Milwaukee.
