Job duties and description (including but not limited to):

Customer Service representative and Administration support A customer service administrator answers customers inquires about the services the organization provides, handles and refers inquires to the executive specialist to solve further questions.

Administrative’s tasks are duties related to maintaining an office setting. These duties vary widely from workplace to workplace but most often include tasks such as scheduling appointments, answering phones, greeting visitors, and maintaining organized file systems for the organization.

Follow up to consolidation of policies and tax files Preparation and filing of forms for payment of taxes Various administrative activities

Basic Requirements:
Bilingual ( Spanish fluently and English)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
2 year of experience in customer service
Experience in insurance and tax office
Educational Background:
High school graduate
Ungraduated college
Start Date: Immediately

Compensation: You will be paid an hourly wage of $11.00 to $14.00 per hour. You will be responsible for keeping a time sheet and record of the work and projects.

Bonus Potential: The customer service representative could be eligible for an end of semester bonus for high performance.
