For example, nearly all guests do their own dishes before departure.

There is no specific dress code, however, cleaners are asked only to dress respectfully and modestly.
Children and infants are welcome to tag along if it helps your situation.

Worldwide Financial Shift and Transfer of Wealth:
"Only My remnant will hear the strategies to take back the mountain of business/finance/money for the Kingdom!"
Dream I received about a week ago and didn't know the (general) interpretation until a few days ago:
In the dream, I was on top of a house and the house had a normal roof on it. I recognized there was damaging a storm coming. I suddenly am struck with the idea and resolve to place square concrete paves tones/stepping stones and realized that they were only $1.00 per sqft. Upon looking at the future project I thought, "Surely this couldn't be this inexpensive and easy to secure a roof from a storm, could it?" In the dream, I was rejoicing the Lord made a cost-effective way to weather the storm and not only for this home but many homes to come and an innovative business concept that could change roofing forever. A strategy from heaven.
Unaware of the relation and interpretation of the dream I feel a strong urgency of a word come upon me a few days ago. I was not looking at the news, I was not watching the stock market/crypto market, didn't even know about the gas shortage or how big it was; when I knew strongly by the Spirit, God was saying something to this effect:
"There is underway a global economic and financial [swift] shift happening in the nations of the earth and although it may see swift/concerning/tumultuous for a season, only those who are lead by my Spirit will hear the strategies of heaven and reap massive reward as a result of this [swift] transition for the Kingdom of God".
This Word is actually very urgent in my Spirit like something is about to shift dramatically and imminently. I knew by the word that those rich in the world, CEOs, even establishment financiers will be panicked and make all the wrong decisions as a result. This would be in contrast to those who hear clearly by the Word of the Lord, not only to navigate defensively the seemingly troubling times ahead but to offensively take whole sectors and industries of the business mountain by walking in peace with the Lord and hearing and executing the simple strategies of heaven (to fund the Kingdom of God).
Very recently I have recognized the dream and the download are one. I've been bursting with this dream and download from the Lord recently and have had no outlet to share it until now.
Just yesterday I was at a whole-foods store called Fresh Thyme and there was a scroungy-looking old wood-floorer who literally came right up to me and would not leave me alone! He followed me out to the parking lot and kept talking to me more about health and blockchain technology. It turns out we had a 30-minute conversation about cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, the future of non-fungible tokens on the blockchain as it relates to collectibles and domain names. I was expecting him to pitch a book or blockchain/crypto MLM (or something!) but NO. He was just passionate and felt the need to talk to me, a seeming stranger, for 30 minutes at a grocery store. This whole conversation was like God yelling, "I have laid a technological and currency foundation to decentralized and transition the world economy and give financial opportunities to my remnant to fund the Kingdom of God."
Those who know a bit of my past would know that, in the natural, I would be the last one to speak to the mountain of business and finances and see a shift but I could not get over this Word, especially after later seeing the turbulence the stock market. Now I'm sure someone much more handyman than myself can find a flaw for securing a roof the way I saw in the dream, but I couldn't get over this urgency like imminence of this massive shift and the impact it will have on the world economy nonetheless.
I feel it necessary to write this on here as some need to hear this and other of us need to connect as believers and pray into this and even start contending for and executing the strategies of heaven in the business mountain for the Kingdom of God.

Thank you so much for the overwhelming response to our Ad campaign!
As a result of the new pricing structure and property management services offered, the overwhelming interest in these services has brought Kingdom Stays to full capacity. This doesn't change anything between Kingdom Stays and property owners/investors I have already spoken with. During this time I am committed to offering quality service to our clients, property owners, and investors and will not be taking on any more property launches during this time except those with whom I have already spoken and the timeline associated with each account.
I value the quality of service over the quantity of service.
I will put a post out as soon as there is more quality capacity to take on more properties and clients.
Thanks again!

It's very important to communicate the proper expectations ahead of time for guests, cleaners, auditors, investors, leaders, and students. No matter what the circumstance is, failure to directly communicate what to expect from individuals and what is expected of individuals will lead to disappointment, bad experiences, bad reviews, and eventually broken relationships.
Do not be afraid to communicate expectations directly and clearly beforehand without any reservation. The goal is to under-promise and over-deliver in every area so that when it comes to receiving what is expected of you there is no resentment but only satisfaction and even a good memory for next time.
The key is communication:
1) Communication goes two ways. Be willing to listen.
2) Listen carefully for any misunderstandings or disagreements (crucial to the goal).
3) Talk through these misunderstandings or disagreements with them verifying there were no misinterpretations. Most of the time disagreements are actually misinterpretations or misunderstandings.
4) Be willing to take constructive criticism without feeling attacked or threatened personally. If an individual feels like their voice will not be heard properly, then they simply will not communicate with you important things.
5) Avoid grouping people in labels or boxes such as "them" or "they" that prevents you from empathizing with how personal and unique they really are. Each person is different and comes with a variety of experiences and expectations (good or bad, doesn't matter).
6) Never assume the other person's motives, intentions, or expectations unless you have a long track record with them. Generally, people's behavior does not change much. Generally, people will continue to act and treat you the same way they have in the last three years.
7) Be proactive in communicating expectations and conflicts. Most people tend to avoid conflict at all costs and give up the moment something goes wrong. Talk through these things and find out where there is common ground and find out where there are misunderstandings.
How you communicate and interact with others shows your level of maturity.
The only person that wins from a disagreement or conflict of any sort is one that listens and learns from it. Both persons win when they realize it's usually an innocent misunderstanding.
A guaranteed way to make sure any relationship (business or personal) breaks down quickly is to stop the free-flow of direct and proper communication. Going back to expectations, communicate in such a way that is expected of you, not in a way that's necessarily the way that is most convenient or safe for you. If you want any relationship (business or personal) to succeed there must be a free-flow of communication, no matter what the cost. If the relationship (business or personal) is valuable to you, you will invest the value needed into it.
Ask yourself:
"Have I directly articulated what is expected of me?"
"Does the other person know what is expected of me?"
"Have I been consistent in my message about their expectations?"
"Have I directly articulated what I expect of them?"
"Does the other person know what I expect of them?"
"Have I been consistent in my message about expectations?"
Generally (not always), the person that is most intentional about hashing things out and communicating is the one that is correct or WILL be corrected with more understanding.
If you can't even be in a situation where you can ask real, genuine questions to understand the situation then that is no longer called communication.
At some point, proper communication and expectations are thoroughly established and there is no progress. Maybe you are very intentional about direct and proper communication and for whatever reason, you are not allowed to discuss or there is not enough time. There seem to be repeated and crucial misunderstandings or disagreements. When you have done everything you are willing to do to mend the situation with the guidelines above, then it is time to move on. Don't take it personally.
Your level of value in a relationship (business or personal) will determine the value you are willing to put into the relationship. If you value the relationship at a high-level then don't allow miscommunication to be the reason why you go separate ways.
