Hello everyone! I wanted to take a moment to reintroduce myself. I'm Eboney Okoronkwo, a passionate birth doula, childbirth educator, and belly binder. As a wife and mother to four amazing boys, I understand the journey of motherhood deeply. My own childbirth experiences have led me to dedicating my life to supporting families through the beautiful and transformative experience of childbirth.
As a birth doula, I'm dedicated to providing emotional, physical, and informational support to families during one of the most important times in their lives. Whether you're planning a hospital birth, home birth, or something in between, I'm here to support your journey every step of the way.
In my role as a childbirth educator, I aim to empower expecting parents with the knowledge and confidence they need to navigate pregnancy, labor, and postpartum. Through comprehensive and personalized classes, I'll help you prepare for a positive and informed birth experience.
Additionally, as a belly binder, I offer postpartum belly binding services to support your recovery and help you feel your best after childbirth. This traditional practice can provide comfort, support, and aid in the healing process.
I'm passionate about helping families have empowering and fulfilling birth experiences. If you or someone you know is expecting, I'd love to connect and discuss how I can support your journey. Feel free to reach out for more information or to schedule a consultation!
Thank you for being part of this journey with me!

🎶I didn’t know my own strength…🎶
False alarm Wednesday. I was beyond embarrassed. 3cm. Not effaced. I just knew I was about to have our baby! 😂
I labored at home all Thursday night while everyone slept.
Those contractions never hit the “5-1-1 rule” to trigger me going to the hospital.
I practiced my breathing techniques and communicated with my doula via text as I timed my contractions.
Contractions were getting more intense but never closer together, so I woke up to take me to the hospital so they could check me.
Y’all….
We got to the maternity ED and they told me I was 9.5cm!!😱😱
I was rushed to L&D then delivered our youngest baby boy IN THREE PUSHES!! 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾 I’m so proud of myself!!
I had a SUCCESSFUL VBAC just like I wanted!! We’re both blessed and healthy. Thank you for all of the calls and messages!!
I’ll post a detailed story at a later date. 🙏🏾

A time was had! I’ve never laughed and danced so much at a birth. This mama worked her ass off to birth on her terms and I couldn’t have been more proud to be by her side. Welcome to the world baby boy!
S/O to my doula sister Cynarra for going on a gym date with me. Let’s do it again soon ❤️.
Happy belated birthday baby mama!!!! next year I promise we’ll celebrate during Leo season. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Yesterday’s celebration was absolutely beautiful and community filled. I was so busy fellowshipping and learning from and I only managed to get a picture with my lovely sister doula . But a time was definitely had. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Building bridges to better birth outcomes.
Ran into my baby mama in the airport today. My first three-peat client and I couldn’t be happier to be supporting her again. Living a life that is divinely guided and of service never gets old.
Them: Do you ever get tired of talking about birth?
Me: Nope 😎

DALLAS 🗣️HAPPENING TODAY: We’re holding a press conference at The Afiya Center (4373 S. Hampton Road, Dallas, TX) at 1 pm CT with Next Generation Action Network to call out Dallas CPS and the Dallas constable for forcefully removing a Black newborn from her home and unjustly arresting her father.
The Jacksons were supposed to have a court hearing at 8:30 am CT this morning. At 8:27 am CT, the judge rescheduled the hearing to April 20th—BEFORE the Jacksons’ attorney even had a chance to log onto the virtual hearing. Every day that passes is another day where baby Mila is in the care of a stranger, missing the chance to form essential bonds with her loving parents that are crucial to her development.
There’s strength in numbers, and we need all of y’all to show up for this family and let CPS, Dallas constables, and Dr. Bhatt know that they’re going to be held accountable for unjustly taking baby Mila away from her loving family.
Join us as we call for justice on behalf of the Jackson Family ✊🏿If you can’t join us in-person, tune in LIVE on our page at 1 pm.
Bring baby Mila home! The system has failed this family. Please visit to read about this violation to the Jackson family and learn how you can get involved in helping them get their daughter back.
Happy World Doula week. Proud to be a BEST Doula!!!
Putting yourself on sale is NOT the way to celebrate World Doula Week.
During World Doula Week the focus is on YOU, the doula. It's not about high Cesarean rates this week, your clients or birth in general. It's about you.
Follow along this week as we discuss what it looks like to center the doula.

She should still be here. Why is the maternal mortality rate among black women so high? Because of Systemic rascism that has been embedded in our medical institutions. Our level of education, income, or social status will not protect us from this medical prejudice. This is deeper than a “bad” doctor or a negligent nurse. Many times my role in hospital births is not only to offer support but also to be a witness. A witness to the level if of care being provided because I know the risk involved. I pray for that father who had to leave the hospital without the mother of his child and a baby who will never know the warmth of their mothers embrace.
My books are still open for 2023! Don’t wait schedule a consultation and let’s discus your birth goals and how I can help you achieve them.
I’m obsessed ❤️
Why I Doula...
I doula b/c I was told instead of asked that I would have a csectionn with my first pregnancy (multiples can be born naturally).
I doula b/c my twins were born 2 months early b/c the doctor did not feel they had enough space inside my belly to grow (evidence based research says this is false).
I doula b/c during the csection I was so scared and shaking so badly that the nurse gave me meds that made me go unconcious. I never heard my babies first cries and did not see them for almost a full 24hrs after they were born.
I doula b/c no one should have to look back on their birth and feel like a spectator. It’s your body and your choice. I want to educate and empower all birthing people to use their voices and advocate for themselves...
