Exciting News! 🎨 We've teamed up with FGIII Fine Art Productions and the incredibly talented local artist ByZenethh to bring something spectacular to Downtown Dallas! 🏙️ 🖌️ Introducing Dallas’ latest masterpiece: a vibrant, 2,000-square-foot mural adorning the windows of the DalPark Garage, right across from Neiman Marcus. This once vacant storefront at 1616 Commerce, is now bursting with life and color, transforming a key spot in the heart of the city. ✨ Dora Reynosa, a.k.a. ByZeneth, is no stranger to awe-inspiring art. From her murals at flagship McDonald’s restaurants to designing 48 unique NCAA basketballs and stylish soccer jerseys for the 2023 Gold Cup quarterfinals, she's a true visionary. 📸 We can't wait to see your snapshots! Let's Salsa Dance Class is back for May! Join us Wednesdays, May 24 & 31, at 7:00 PM in West End Square for a class with the amazingly talented Amanda Cristina Salsa to learn Salsa On 2 (Mambo). Interested in joining us? Boogie on over to the bio to RSVP for free! In this 60-minute class, we open up by providing a brief background on what salsa is, the different styles of salsa dancing, and the difference between salsa on 1 and salsa on 2. We will then learn the basic salsa step, variations of the basic step, turns, shines, and partner work. The class begins with a brief warm-up, followed by an overview of the basic steps and turns. We then practice footwork and turns to music of different speeds, in order to practice recognizing and following the salsa beat. For the second half of the class, we will learn a short choreography that can either be done individually or can be applied to partner work. No experience, partner, or dance attire is required! Students should wear comfortable clothing and comfortable shoes. #MyDTD #DowntownDallas
