Hi, I'm so bad at posting on here. So let's give you an update since my last post. I did end up going to a new clinic when told me about dialysis at home. So I did it I am now doing my own dialysis at home. I love it so much better because I do my own schedule and no more clinic except once a month when I go for check up. I've been doing good back on blood pressure medicine but that's okay. I am supposed to have weight loss surgery but it's at a hold not sure why so I joined the gym all I need to lose is 60 lbs but why is it so hard lol. Anyways I hope everyone is doing good. I'll start posting more just been busy with kids myself and mom.

Hello all.. I haven't posted in a while I am still recovering. I finished with therapy and I have been taken off all high blood pressure meds. What a blessing! I am controlling my blood pressure with diet only. I will be signing up for another kidney transplant list so that I may have better chance at getting a kidney. Hope all is well. God bless!

I am a survivor! I woke up in the hospital not knowing what had happened to me. Turns out last Monday I had seizures at home after dialysis. My blood pressure was so high it caused me to have seizures I fell on the space heater at home. My mom called 911 I was intubated and put on strong medications. Thank god for all that have advocated for me and was there for me. I feel that the kidney doctor at the dialysis clinic wasn't paying attention to my blood pressure as I kept telling her my blood pressure was high for about 2 months. It ended up taking a toll on my body. My family and loved ones have helped me and I will be moving to a new clinic. Thank you all that kept me in prayers and thoughts. It means a lot to me.

So about 2 months ago I was in a car accident and my blood pressure has been high since then. The doctors haven't done much cause they were thinking it's from the pain and stress. Well I think the high blood pressure is starting to take a toll on me. I got off the machine/dialysis early so that I can go to the ER. Can't take these headaches anymore. Prayers please and thank you. I will keep yall updated. Much love!

Hello all my name is Isabel Robles and I have been living with kidney disease for 2 and a half years now. I go to dialysis 3 days a week for 4 hours. It slowed me down in the beginning but now I have learned to embrace it and live as healthy as I can. I made this page to see my journey towards a kidney transplant also to share recipes and health chooses between all that join the page. If you have a low/no sodium recipe please feel free to share with us all. I will be cooking live with y'all as well. Feel free to like and invite people to join the page as well.
