Supports families of fallen officers and assists youth with the financing of their education. Expenditures under this foundation have very strict guidelines.

The TNOA Educational and Benevolence Foundation is a charitable organization, tax exempt under 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue code, Tax ID #83-2201169.
