No problem. Ask student to go to driver services to pick them up for you before coming out to meet you.

You are a gift to me because it's an honor to sit here driving this desk as you drive your trucks and allow me to be a part of your lives, your families, and your success stories. Trainer asked me today: Am I required to come on to the Dallas yard to pick up a student?

Answer : no you are not required to come on to the Dallas yard to pick up a student. Trainers who are on the yard do get first priority to receive students and can pick their own student or pick the student up that I plan for them.

Why do trainers on the yard get students before trainers in the field?

Answer : 1. Many students refuse to fly during this time of pandemic. 2. This saves the company cost of travel for students meeting trainers
