Your child is not getting a tall cup of juice all day, everyday at my program. I’m also not handing juice out the door but I give u a bottle of water which you should always have extras in your vehicle considering no bags policy. Being on food program, each child gets balanced meals that includes healthy breakfast with milk, snack with water or juice, lunch with milk & water all day long. Water is life, your body is 90% water, the body needs mainly water😉

Because their brains, development process & health of their bodies is important to me. If you are having troubles with your children eating more natural fruits & vegetables, try feeding them off your plate & letting them see you eat it as well. Also spice your vegetables up with a little seasoning that includes garlic powder, Himalaya salt, accent, lil pepper & lil butter. As we prepare for Halloween festivities, the children help me decorate some monsters to hang in our front window. Then i made them a home cooked meal.
