🎉 Cheers to another edition of our Westmount Happy Hour Series. We brought the popsicle party indoors to beat this July heat!

Picolé Pops supplied our crew with plenty of boozy popsicles to go around. We had too much fun playing an epic edition of Westmount Never Have I Ever and learned so many new things about each other!

Our team always brings the party! 🎉 Team bonding is about more than just fun - it's about building connections and making our work relationships that much stronger 💪 Together, we are creating a more collaborative and enriching workplace in everything that we do!

Our first happy hour event of the summer was a hit! 🥂
We enjoyed a spread of spicy tuna rolls, sliders, and potstickers 🍣 🍔 🥟 at Moxies Uptown and kept the good times going with ice-cold beer and craft-made spirits. It was great to unwind and connect as a team.

This was a perfect opportunity to welcome a few new faces to the team, as well as mingle with our visiting team members in from Chicago & Atlanta 🛩

Rising Demand for AI, ML, and Streaming Tech Solutions Fuels New $1.6B CoreWeave Data Center in North Texas Slated to open by December 31, the 450,000-square-foot facility "will help meet the unprecedented demand for high-performance cloud solutions for artificial intelligence, machine learning, pixel streaming, and other emerging technologies," New Jersey-based CoreWeave's co-founder and CEO said.

Ron Gilbreath, Managing Director - Asset & Property Management, recently wrote an article for France Media Inc.'s REBusiness Online about the industrial sector and its post-pandemic growth. In it, he shares his thoughts on supply chain/inventory management needs, demand for last-mile logistics space, and the strength of the Dallas-Fort Worth industrial market.

"While rising interest rates are impacting the historically low cap rates observed between 2021 and 2022," Gilbreath says, "the strong tenant demand and the possibility of declining interest rates within the next 12 months are expected to attract more capital to the industrial sector."

Our Chicago office recently embarked on an unforgettable summer outing in the city. The day began with the team gathering at Lincoln Park. From there, they made their way to the iconic Lincoln Park Zoo, where the lion exhibit stole the show!

The day culminated in an exhilarating 1,000ft high experience on the 360 CHICAGO observation deck (Located in the former John Hancock Center). Here, everyone had the opportunity to bask in the stunning skyline views that Chicago has to offer.
