Our SURF Program kicked off last week, and it's not the kind of surfing you're thinking of!

Misericordia's SURF Program stands for Summer Undergraduate Research Fellowship! This incredible program offers research fellows one-on-one, faculty-guided research opportunities and bi-weekly professional development seminars. Over the course of 10 weeks, participants prepare for graduate school, future research experiences, and employment.

2023-2024 Season Banquet Yesterday!
It was a beautiful celebration of the growth and success of these young women, as well as a celebration of our four seniors and their time with Misericordia Cheerleading!

Research Presentation Day!
Aubrey, we loved seeing you show off all your hard work. Double O we loved listening to you speak about this shared research; you were well spoken and passionate about the project!

🌟Senior Spotlight🌟

As we approach graduation we are excited to celebrate our senior class! Our first senior spotlight goes to Mia Gansz, a four year team member.

Mia’s future plans are to further her education in the Physical Therapy Doctorate program at Misericordia. After completing her degree, she hopes to become a pediatric PT!

When asked what impact the MU Cheer program had on her during her time at Misericordia, Mia says “It gave me friendships that will last forever and taught me to step out of my comfort zone.”

Thank you Mia for four amazing years on the team and for serving in a leadership role for 2 years!
