Caring for women and their families as a licensed midwifery during prenatal, birth and postpartum times.
As a midwife I always do a 2-day home visit to check on mama and baby. Sometimes I get cuddly snuggles! Isn’t she adorable??
Good Friday is a great day to welcome a little boy earthside! 4 hour labor with the entire day ahead of us!
Seeing new clients in the , and areas today helps me discover amazing little coffee shops like this one!!
The 6 week postpartum visit is both sweet and sad as we turn clients into friends. This little girl has gained 4 pounds already!!
This sweet 8 pound boy was in a hurry to welcome the sunrise today with his birth, which was less than 2 hours!
Welcome to the world little one!

I am honored to be gifted this award thanks to a sweet clients recommendation! I’m looking forward to reading about it in the publication that came out today!
I love my postpartum home visits with the family! Always such an honor!
This 9 pound adorable chunk made his mama work for it!
I went into her house last night at 50 degrees and when I left this morning it was under 30- the cold front is here in Dallas!
I’m a huge supporter of cup feeding as an occasional alternative to breast!
As a midwife with my own private practice I love when clients come up with creative ways to barter. Im especially going to love this grass-fed and privately- butchered delicious meat!
With a full day of prenatals and postpartum visits at the office I grabbed brekkie and lunch from Salad and Go. I am SO glad I was introduced to this place because both meals and a cold-brew coffee were a total of $12 and change!! Amazing value and just delicious! If you haven’t checked it out yet look it up! Less than half what I used to pay for a chick fila salad!
Baby time! I love the peace of this quiet time of night with a lovely repeat client taking her time to meet her little one.
When a client is in early labor but may go fast but isn’t ready for you yet/ this pose is “resting-but-ready-to-jump-and-run”…. Thrilled to be able to serve clients I really connect with!
Such a gorgeous breech birth!
The recent photoshoot from Timeless Pixels Photography resulted in some fabulous shots- check out the new website also!

I always try to help clients position themselves for a shorter and easier labor and this is one major way how!
I am so grateful for everyone who came out today for my grand opening! I realize there are pictures I didn’t get with some special people but I loved seeing all the connections- the dads all talking, the moms telling birth stories, the kids running around… it was truly an amazing moment of feeling part of a wonderful community.
Thankyou, from the bottom of my heart, for the incredible families that choose to share their pregnancy and birth journey with me! It is such an honor!
Super excited to host this! Come on by and pass it on!
This is amazing to watch!
Today I made Fire Cider but I added a TBS of elderberry powder turning it this purple red. I’ll let you know the flavor in 4 weeks!
Ingredients: ACV, fresh: horseradish, ginger, turmeric, garlic, jalapeño, orange, lemon, onion and rosemary with dried thyme and cinnamon sticks.
Raw honey will be added at the end.
Really fun way to celebrate a full moon- welcome to the world little one!
(The sphinx kitties were also awesome to cuddle again!)

Dr. Meryl Nass: More Vaccine Deaths Reported to VAERS in the Last 20 Months Than All Vaccines in the Last 30 Years Combined “The FDA was instructed by a federal judge to revoke the license … because it had never been shown to be safe or effective,” says Dr. Meryl Nass.

Spending a wonderful few days increasing my skills for vaginal breech births with Dr. Stu who travelled from CA for training.
Wonderful information!
First camping excursion this season ~ huge success!
Such a lovely homebirth as this little boy quickly joined us. His older sisters were there to welcome him!
Such a lovely birth earlier this week- this little boy was bigger than we expected and his older sisters were there as he transitioned and took his first breath. Such an honor to be able to step in and care for this family!

Finally getting around to posting about this lovely birth I celebrated the other day- this first time mom worked for 20 hours to bring her baby earthside and was such a rockstar! Besides my wonderful assistant midwife she had an incredible doula and I loved the team we all built to support her journey.
Welcome to the world, little one!

I recommend cup feeding to all my clients instead of bottles. You dont waste milk, there isn’t ni**le confusion, it’s so easy and there are no parts to clean and sterilize. I use the cough syrup cups and this is what they do in Europe and Australia (I learned about it when my mom was a midwife in Australia).
