In July, we observe #UV #Safety Awareness Month to highlight the importance of protecting our skin and eyes from harmful UV rays, particularly during the sunny summer months. Overexposure to #UVrays from the sun can lead to serious skin and eye conditions such as #sunburn, skin cancer, cataracts, macular degeneration, and eye growths, including #cancer, especially when we spend extended periods of time outside.
